FEATURES:

(2)   Proportional sequence baseplate controls each transmission, simultaneous starting-up and increasing and reducing speed of each transmission, in-phase operation

(3)   Malposition inspection mechanism controls tension and prevent release liner from broken

(4)   Oven with electric three-way valve, automatic temperature control by thermoscope and temperature controller

PROCESS FLOWS

(1)   Mixing the PVC resin, talcum power and other aid agent as starchiness

(2)   Coating mixed material on the release paper and transporting to the first-oven for drying, and be expanded and smoothed by pressing roller

(3)   Coating mixed resin on the first layer and transporting to the second-oven for foaming, and be expanded and smoothed by pressing roller

Coating glue on the second layer and coating non-weaved cloth, then transporting to the third-oven for drying
